FULL CONFERENCE FEE
The live conference fee includes: conference attendance, conference app, virtual event platform, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception (Tuesday, May 28^th), the networking cocktail (thursday,May 30^th) and publication of 1 paper in IOP J. Physics – Conference Series.
Also, it is our pleasure to offer to all participants the conference gala dinner (Wednesday, May 29^th).

ONLINE CONFERENCE FEE
The online conference fee includes access to the conference app and the virtual event platform.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS FEE
The accompanying persons fee includes: the welcome reception (Tuesday, May 28^th), the conference gala dinner (Wednesday, May 29^th), the networking cocktail (thursday,May 30^th) and a private city center tour.

ADDITIONAL PAPER
Each attendee registering with a full conference fee has the possibility of having 1 paper published in IOP J. Physics – Conference Series (provided that the review and publication process if fullfilled correctly). No more than 1 additional paper can be connected to the same registration (within April 15^th ), with an additional cost of € 110,00 to cover publication expenses.

SIDE EVENTS
Side events purchase will be available soon for already registered users too.

Important notes

All fees reported below are included VAT
If you choose PayPal you will have a price increase due to PayPal commission which can vary from 3.40% to 5.44% depending on your country.
On-site registrations will only be possible with credit card payment
All accepted papers (oral and poster) must be presented live in Florence
Online registrations will be opened until May 23^rd (included)

Cancellation policy

Any change or cancellation requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@torque2024.eu
Up to April 1^st , 2024: 20% of the registration fees will be charged
From April 2^nd to May 2^nd, 2024: 50% of the registration fees will be charged
From May 3^rd to May 15^th, 2024: 80% of the registration fees will be charged
No refund will be processed for cancellations received from May 16^th, 2024
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds
